HarborView Properties has announced the acquisition of the Woodlawn Shopping Center located at 841 Jones Hill Road in the City of West Haven, Connecticut.
The Woodlawn Shopping Center is a CVS Pharmacy (shadow-anchored) neighborhood shopping center situated on Route 162 (Jones Hill Road) bordering West Haven and Milford Connecticut. The location is in close proximity to Woodmont-on-the-Sound and about onemile from the beaches and shoreline. The Woodlawn Shopping Center has a mixture of retail tenants as well as a number of residential apartments. The tenancy includes a mini Bowling Alley and Entertainment Center, Restaurants, Karate School, a Sports Lounge, a Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and other convenience businesses.
Some new improvements are planned for Woodlawn Shopping Center including some updating to the front facade.
HarborView Properties has formed Woodlawn Plaza LLC to operate and manage the facility.
HVP is seeking additional acquisitions of Retail, Multi-family, Mixed-use and other property types.
